We do allow limited returns, but only if you submit a return request within 30 days of receiving the order and if the product is unopened, in new condition and in its original packaging. Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee and the costs of pick-up to return the product to Keter. Yes. Unless the product was damaged in shipping, shipped in error or as otherwise prohibited by law, returned products will incur a 15% restocking fee. Restocking fees are necessary for us to receive and inspect returned items and return items to inventory, so we do not ship defective or damaged products to future customers. From this website, Keter will only accept orders for deliveries to residential addresses in Canada. Please shop at keter.com/en-us if you require delivery to the United States.
Shipping rates vary based on location. Delivery is not available to certain remote areas, such as the Yukon, Nunavut or the Northwest Territories. Our delivery services can only ship to addresses with postal codes and street and house numbers or rural route numbers.
You will receive three emails in a successful ordering process. 1) Order Received - confirms your order has been placed. 2) Order Confirmed – inventory has been secured and payment has been processed. 3) Order Shipped – Your order is now with a mail carrier and tracking information will be provided in the email.

You will receive a Cancelled Order email if Keter is unable to ship any product from your order due to payment issues or if inventory is no longer available.
