Warranty Activation

Keter stands behind the products we make. We offer warranties to the original purchaser from Keter or an authorized retailer that the product will be free from manufacturing defects for the specific warranty period applicable to that product. In the rare instance the Keter product does contain a manufacturing defect, upon receipt of proof of purchase and evidence of the defect, Keter will replace defective parts or provide a prorated refund for the remaining life of the applicable warranty period. 

• Proof of purchase and proof of manufacturing defect is required to submit a warranty claim. 
• This warranty covers product failure over the applicable warranty period resulting from defects in product manufacturing or materials. 
• This warranty does not cover problems resulting from customer misuse of the product, normal wear, and tear, or acts of nature or disaster (acts of God). 
• Keter is not responsible for any consequential damages including loss or damages to private property or person incurred by customer or third parties. 
• Upon submitting proof of purchase and evidence of product defect in a timely manner, Keter, at its sole discretion, will replace defective parts of the Product or refund you a portion of the purchase price that is prorated based on the balance of the applicable warranty period. 
• Exclusions from Keter product warranties: Keter products are sold for private use and not for commercial or public use. Any commercial or public use will void all Keter product warranties Activate Your Warranty Now.
