Return and Cancellation

Right to cancel

The cancellation period starts after your order is accepted and will expire after 30 days from the day:

(a)  (in the case of buying a single product) on which you, or someone on your behalf, acquire physical possession of the product;

(b)  (in the case of multiple products purchased in one order) on which you, or someone on your behalf, acquire physical possession of the last product which forms part of that order.

To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by clicking on Contact Us choose the cancellation/returns option and complete the online form. 

To meet the cancellation deadline you must complete the cancellation form or provide us with any other form of clear written statement via email to csuk@keter.com confirming you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired (described above) and return the product(s) without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after the day on which the you inform us of your wish to cancel.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract within the cancellation period, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any product(s) supplied if the loss is the result of use and/or unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than –

(a)  14 days after the day we receive the product back from you ; or

(b)  (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the product; or

(c) the end of 14 calendar days after the day we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract if we will be collecting the goods.

We will make reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Save for any deductions for us, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Where you have received a large product we will either collect the product from you at our cost or arrange with you how the product should be returned. If you have received the product by post then you must send it back without delay and no later than 30 days after the day on which you inform us of your wish to cancel..

Unless otherwise specified in our Terms and Conditions of Sale you will be responsible for the cost of return or collection of the product you wish to return.
