Ordering and Delivery
When you place an order from us, we shall charge you using your chosen payment method.
We offer delivery on products shipped to Mainland UK (excluding the Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore islands).
Service availability will be confirmed on placement of your order, based on the postcode used.
We do not ship to the following postcodes:
BT, GY, HS, IV21-29, IV33-56, IM, JE, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-22, PA34 4* and PA34 5*, PA38, PA41-80, PH27-29, PH33-44, PH49-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE
Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Once you have placed an order, you will receive communication from our third-party carrier, who will inform you of the scheduled delivery date (and an option to change if not suitable) and a text and e-mail confirming the time-slot and a tracking link either the evening before the delivery or on the day. The crew will call you on the day to let you know they’re on their way!

Once you have placed an order, and your purchase has been dispatched and out for delivery, you will receive a text notification from our third-party carrier to advise.

Our standard lead time is up to 7 working days from receipt of order for selected Garden Furniture products and Storage Boxes, and up to 10 working days for our Sheds, Garden Furniture Sets and Grande Store items subject to product availability.
Our shipping partner will be in touch to arrange delivery.
Please be aware that deliveries cannot be taken into your garden or house, and are kerbside only.
Please check contents (in full and ensure they are free from damage), footprint and measurements before installation
Sheds:
- Ensure you have a suitable base for your shed - it needs to be firm, flat & level. We recommend concrete, slabs or a timber frame. Please note that your shed cannot be placed directly onto a base of grass, earth, sand etc. as natural movement will affect the stability
- Ensure there is enough space to build your chosen shed

Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order prior to its delivery, we must be informed as soon as possible in order for us to prevent the delivery happening and to arrange a refund. Please simply click on Contact Us, choose the cancellation/returns option and complete the online form.
You may return any item or cancel the order 30 days after delivery to you (or the recipient you nominate to receive the product(s). ("Cooling off Period").

Where this is because you have changed your mind within the “Cooling off Period", items that are received back flat-packed in their original form and packaging will be accepted for full refund. Goods returned which cannot be re-sold as new because assembly has been commenced, thus rendering the product as “used”, will be refunded subject to appropriate deductions for the loss in value.
You can also obtain a full refund in the unlikely event that the product is of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described. This right is automatically in place for a period of 30 days from you taking ownership of the product. Again, please simply click on Contact Us, choose the cancellation/returns option and complete the online form. You should explain the reason for your return and including supporting images in your communications with us.
In the unlikely event that you find a fault after the first 30 days of ownership but within the first 6 months, we reserve the right to offer a replacement product ahead of agreement to a refund. Any replacement product(s) provided will benefit from the same protections set out in this section and our online supply terms at Terms and Conditions of Sale in terms of any return(s); replacement(s) or cancelling your contract with us.
We will confirm back regarding collection of the original product and, where relevant, delivery of the replacement item. In order to facilitate the collection, please have the product available for the pick-up in its original form, i.e. disassembled and, wherever possible, in its original packaging.
Please note that we also offer a replacement parts service, as detailed in the next section below, in order to facilitate the resolution of any missing or broken parts.
In certain circumstances, a charge may be levied for the collection of a cancelled order. We do not profit from any such charges and they are levied as the direct cost for the collection of the item (s) in question. If there is a charge for collection, we will notify you as soon as possible. Any charges are retained from the refund returned to you.
Our products are designed to last for many years of performance and enjoyment.
In the unlikely event that a part is broken or missing, our Consumer Services team offers a spares and replacement service on many of our key product parts. Please simply click on Contact Us, choose the “Other” option and complete the online form.
As detailed in our assembly instructions, each part has a code; please reference this if at all possible. Please reference your order confirmation code as proof of purchase.
From time to time, we may offer promotional coupons and discount codes to you ("Offers"). Your use of these Offers are subject to the Offer terms and conditions. The Offer terms and conditions will typically be made available to you at the point you engage with the Offer. Please check these terms and conditions carefully before trying to use them to claim the Offer. Each Offer can only be used once. You will not be entitled to use more than one Offer per transaction and our Offers cannot be combined with other Offers or promotions. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify Offers at any time.
From time to time, we may run an Offer providing a 10% off welcome coupon when signing up to our newsletter. This 10% off welcome coupon will only be valid until the end date that appears on the coupon that we send you. Again, you will not be entitled to use more than one Offer per transaction and our Offers cannot be combined with other Offers or promotions.
