Make sure you clean the surface. We’d suggest a rag and water to wash everything off. You don’t want any dust, dirt or debris on the surface of your shed or deck box when you’re color drenching.
Test out your colors. We’d highly recommend testing the colors out and letting them dry. So, pick a small spot or two to paint, let it dry and take a look. Look at it in different lighting (i.e. times of the day) to make sure you love it before you paint the whole thing. Sometimes colors dry and look a little different or they look odd in different lighting. So, double-checking them before fully committing can be a great idea.
