I just wanted to know if this item is easy for the garbage pick-up person to remove cover fast and dump in truck? Or does he need to remove cover? I will not be putting a trash bag inside it’s for recyclables and my state doesn’t accept bags for recyclin

The lid locks on the waste bin but can be easily undone by pulling it forward and up. If you are not using a trash bag that is all that would need to be done in order to dump out the items inside.
