Bad Packing and missing connection holesVery Disappointed in second unit bought .
Unit box came in shambles ; poorly packed and scuffed parts . Receiving holes for lid hydraulic arms missing or partially molded . Same for latch and tough material to cut with knife so had to use saws all . Took an hour to put together previous unit and almost two hours for second unit .
Don’t accept if box is open or damaged and inspect lid and floor for missing openings before assembly . Customer service is non existent .
